Proverb 28 : 2 ” When the country is in chaos, everybody has a plan to fix it – But it takes a leader of real understanding to straighten things out”
A real leader is saddled with the resposibility to fix any issues of his country. Although, everybody has a role to play in bringing their country out of mess but the leader must be at the forefront of it. It can only take a leader of deep understanding and insight to discover what is needed to solve the problem of his nation. Moreover, that is the reason why he was giving the mandate.
According to John C. Maxwell “Everything rises and falls on leadership”. A real leader must be able to take responsibility and not to transfer blame because his aim is to re-write the wrongs and lead his country to success. It is important that leaders live up to what they are – leaders. Followers are looking up to them for answers, though they also have a role to play, but he bulk of the work lies on the shoulder of a leader.
A leader with understanding is like a precious stone to his country. His impact and success can never be forgotten.

Leadership is about followership
Proverb 14 : 28″ The mark of a good leader is loyal followers; leadership is nothing without a following”
A leader without a follower is only taking a walk. The essence of leadership is followership.
The word leadership has a root word “lead” which can imply being at the front taking some set of people to a destination they haven’t been or where they can’t dare to go. It is also about building a pattern that others may look as a prototype in order to build their own: it is all about making the way, leading and walking the way as a guide to the followers.
A good leader always use leadership by influence and not leadership by coerceness to get himself followers. Since he understood that he is not yet a leader without a loyal followers.
Loyality comes when your followers know beyond a guess work that you know the way and you have all resources and expertise to take them through the journey.
