Federal University of Health Sciences Post UTME Screening Form 2023/2024

The Federal University of Health Sciences (FUHSO) online Post UTME screening for 2023/2024 and 2022/2023 academic session is out. All suitable qualified candidates are to submit their online application for admission into courses offered in the school.

Furthermore, this is to inform all Unified Matriculation Examinations (UTME) candidates who did not apply to the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo as their first choice but wish to change that, they may do so but must meet the prescribed requirements of the University programmes as specified in the JAMB brochure for the respective courses. The programme are

• MBBS Medicine and Surgery
• B.Sc Biology
• B.Sc Microbiology
• B.Sc Chemistry
• B.Sc Computer Science
• B.Sc Mathematics
• B.Sc Physics

How to Apply to FUSHO

The Candidates who have selected FUHSO as university of first choice during the 2023 JAMB examination OR have missed the last screening exercise conducted by the University for the 2023 JAMB examination are hereby invited for screening scheduled as follows

Date: 6th – 7th September 2022

Venue: Lecture Theatre, Take-Off Campus Otada, Otukpo

Read: FUSHO cut off mark

All interested candidates who meet the requirements are to log into the JAMB website for change of institution and change of course.

Candidates who have successfully done the change can proceed to log into the FUSHO portal: www.fuhso.edu.ng for online Post UTME registration.

Note: All candidates who did not apply to the Federal University of Health Science, Otukpo as their first choice but wish to change to the institution are to upload their O’level results to JAMB website and FUSHO portal

The Candidates are requested to appear for the screening with the following documents:

• Evidence of selecting the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) as the first choice through JAMB.
• Print out of JAMB results from JAMB CAPS.
• Original SSCE/NECO O’ Level Certificate/Result
• Birth Certificate
• Two passport photographs
• Evidence of the payment of a non-refundable processing fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only in favour of FUHSO through REMITA.
• Two photocopies each of the above documents
