Ogun State BECE Timetable 2026/2027

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Abeokuta, has released the timetable for the 2026 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) in Ogun State for all public and private schools in the state. This examination is organized by the state government to transit students from the ninth year of the basic education class to the senior secondary. In the same vein, NECO BECE is organized by the federal government for Jss 3 students in federal unity schools.

According to the published timetable, the examination is set to start on Tuesday, 30th June, and conclude on Wednesday, 8th July, 2026. Below is a detailed breakdown of the examination schedule:

• Cultural & Creative Arts (8:45 AM – 10:45 AM)
• Prevocational Studies (11: 00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Wednesday, 1st July, 2026

• Mathematics (8:45 AM – 10:45 AM)
• Christian Religious Studies (11: 00 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Islamic Studies (11: 00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Thursday, 2nd July, 2026

• Yoruba Language (8:45 AM – 10:45 AM)
• French (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Friday, 3rd July, 2026

• National Value Education (8:45 AM – 10:45 AM)

Monday, 6th July, 2026

• English Language (8:45 AM – 10:45 AM)
• Business Studies (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
