Requirements
1. Department of Community Health
i. Diploma in Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW)
Entry Qualification
Candidates are required to possess credit in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in their WASSCE, NECO or GCE in not more than 2 sittings.
ii. Certificate in Community Health Extension Workers (JCHEW)
Entry Qualification
Candidates are required to possess three credits in English Language, Mathematics , Biology and passes in two other subjects in WASSCE, NECO or GCE at not more than 2 sittings.
2. Medical Laboratory Technician
Entry Qualification
Prospective students for this program are required to possess a minimum qualification of four credits in WASSCE/GCE/NABTEB in the following subjects: English language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and at least a pass in Physics at not more than two sittings.
3. Environmental Health Officers National Diploma
Entry Qualification
Prospective Candidates are required to possess five Credits in WAEC, SSCE, GCE or NECO in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry at not more than two sittings.
4. Environmental Health Technician Certificate (EVT)
Prospective Candidates are required to possess five Credits in WAEC, GCE, NECO or TC11. The five Credits must include 3 credits in any of the following subjects: English Language, Biology, Health Science, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing and any other subject. Mathematics would be an added advantage.
5. Pharmacy Technician Certificate
Prospective Candidates are required to possess five Credits in WAEC, SSCE, GCE or NECO in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry at not more than two sittings.
