Akwa Ibom State College Of Health Technology Form 2024/2025
Akwa Ibom State College Of Health Technology, Etinan admission form has commenced the sales of application forms for admission into its various programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Registration Commences from Wednesday 19th June, 2024 to 12th July 2024 for the forms between 9am and 3pm daily except on public holidays and weekends.
Venue: Registration will ONLY take place at the State Ministry of Health, Block B, Idongesit Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo

- National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology – 2 Years
- HND in Environmental Health Technology – 2 Years
- Pharmacy Technicians – 3 Years
- Medical Laboratory Technicians – 3 Years
- Professional Diploma in Health Information Management – 3 Years
- Community Health Extension workers – 3 Years
- Junior Community Health Extension workers – 2 years
- HND Public Health Nursing – 2 Years
Admission Requirement And Procedure
Qualification: WASSCE, GCE OR NECO with credits in English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics in not more than two sittings
Registration/Processing Fee – Fourteen Thousand (#14,000.00) Naira only.
Requirements For Registration
Two recent coloured passport photographs
Original and two photocopies of each of the following
- Educational certificates FSLC, WASSCE, GCE or NECO
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Change of Name (if applicable)
- Age (16 years and above)
Date of Entrance Examination – 20th July 2024.
