College of Health Sciences and Technology Jahun, Jigawa State admission form is out. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the programmes offered in the school for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The sale of Application forms will commence from 25th March 2024 to 12th May 2024.

• Environmental Health Technician ( EVT)
• Dispensing opticians
• Biomedical engineering
• Certificate in Junior Community Health Extension Worker JCHEW (Female only).

Admission Requirements

All candidates applying for the Diploma program must possess FIVE (5) credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. Those applying for certificates must have at least 3 credits in English, Mathematics and Biology for JCHEW or Chemistry for CMBE, and any other 2 passes in science subjects.

NOTE: FOR CHEW AND JCHEW PROGRAMS, ONLY WAEC AND NECO WILL BE CONSIDERED.

• Click on “apply” to create a profile.
• Fill in the required information.
• Click on “submit” to generate RRR.
• Pay by following the instructions provided using a card, bank USSD phone number, or account number.
• After successful payment, log in to complete the application by following the instructions on the student’s dashboard.
• Print your acknowledgement slip.
• Wait for CBT invitation. The date, time, and venue will be communicated.

NOTE:

• There is NO NEED to submit an application form to the college until CBT.
• You must log into the dashboard from April 24 to May 12, 2024 for the application screening process.
