The West African Gas Pipeline Company Limited (WAPCO) is pleased to offer Academic Scholarships to a limited number of undergraduate students registered in Universities in Nigeria. The award is for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.
WAPCo Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Nigerian.
- Be a resident/indigene of one of WAPCO’s Host Communities. WAPCo has 33 host communities around in Nigeria, located in the Ogun and Lagos States.
- Must be registered as a full-time student in an undergraduate program at an accredited public university in Nigeria.
- Be in Level 200 at the beginning of the 2023/2024 Academic Year.
- Must have a minimum CGPA of 2.5.
How to apply:
- Interested applicants should fill their application forms via this LINK
- Applicants should also register themselves with their respective Community Representatives, who will provide WAPCO with letters of identification stamped and signed by the Paramount Ruler of the Community; or
- The Chairman of the Community Development Association (CDA) where applicable.
All applicants should have completed their application and registration on or before the 12th of September 2023. Also, all applicants shall undergo an interview. Details of the interview will be communicated to every applicant. Successful applicants shall be notified in writing.
