Abia State school of midwifery form for 2021/2022 is on sale and this is to inform the general public that that sale of form for Admission into Basic Midwifery, and Post-Basic Midwifery, Umuahia, Amachara and Abriba has commenced.
Applications are invited from qualified candidates for admission into Schools of Midwifery, Umuahia, Amachara and Abiriba. The sales of forms begins Monday 22nd November, 2021and all completed forms and evidence of payment are to be returned to the Nursing Services Department of the Ministry of Health, Umuahia on or before Friday 14 January, 2022.

NECO or WAEC in not more than 2 sittings.

Application Forms are obtained from the Nursing Service Department, Ministry of Health, New Secretariat, Umuahia on payment of non-refundable fund fee ofTen Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only at UBA and First Bank.
