I will answer the questions above based on the past admission requirements of the Universities in Nigeria. However, admission requirements change in every academic session, so it is important you keep up to date with the University or Polytechnic of your choice.

Olabisi Onabanjo University

OOU is a state university and their Post UTME condition is that candidates who chose OOU as first or second choice in Jamb and had met the JAMB cut off mark can apply. This implies that OOU accept second choice for admission if you meet other requirements.

University of Benin

UNIBEN is a federal university and they only consider candidates who chose University of Benin as First Choice and had met the JAMB cut off mark are eligible for this Screening Exercise.

Delta State University

Delta state university accepts candidates who chose Delsu as their first choice of University and meet the JAMB cut off mark are eligible to apply to the university. This was the conditions for previous admission into the university. This means Delsu considers first choice only.

Lagos State University

Previous admission shows that candidates Candidates who chose Lasu as first choice in Jamb examination and had met the JAMB cut off mark can apply. Candidates who chose the university as second choice should not apply.

University of Osun

Uniosun only accept candidates who chose them as first choice and had met the JAMB cut off mark.

Federal University of Technology Owerri

Some of the FUTO conditions for admission for the previous academic session are:

  1. Candidates who chose FUTO as First Choice University
  2. Candidates who did not choose FUTO as First Choice University but had met the jamb cut off mark can apply
