University of Calabar Teaching Hospital School of Nursing Form 2024/2025
The management of the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital has announced the sale of the admission form for Ordinary National Diploma and Higher National Diploma Nursing Sciences for the 2024/2025 session.
Interested applicants are expected to choose the School as their First or Second choice with a minimum score of 190 in the 2024 UTME. To be eligible, candidates must have credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics at not more than two sittings. The sales of forms for admission commence from May 27 – July 12, 2024. Also, Candidates intending to change their courses of study to “Nursing Sciences” are eligible, provided they have effected a change of course with JAMB.
To apply for admission, interested Candidates are to pay a non-refundable sum of #20,000.00 to the UCTH Collection Account with Ekondo Bank: 1100757926. Receipt of payment should be obtained from UCTH Account Department and forwarded to the College of Nursing Sciences UCTH, Moore Road, Calabar.
Kindly note that the closing date is July 15, 2024. The school will conduct a screening exercise before an offer of admission can be made. Therefore, the screening date is August 10, 2024. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates are to come with original and photocopies of their credentials.
