Lagos State School of Nursing Form Igando 2024/2025
The management of Lagos State College of Nursing (LASCON) has released the admission form for the 2024/2025 academic session and the management of the school has commenced the sale of the PUTME form for admission into its National Diploma (ND) in the nursing programme.
The application commences on Monday, 1st July, 2024 and closes Friday 16th August, 2024.
Duration Of Training: Three (5) years – ND/RN Programme towards a non-terminal Programme of HND/RM/PHN
Requirement
Candidates must have scored 200 and above in the just concluded JAMB and chosen the Lagos State College of Nursing as a Choice of Institution.
WASSCE/NECO (O’Level) with credit in five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry at not more than two (2) sittings.
Candidates MUST not be less than 18 years.
How to apply
- Proceed online to https://admissions.lascon.edu.ng
- Create a new application account by filling in the following details as requested Surname, First name, Select Course, Email address, Phone number and JAMB registration number.
- Then click on “Submit”. A confirmation mail would be sent to the e-mail provided, ensure a valid e-mail is provided. The confirmation mail would contain a payment link, your Admission Number and password.
- From the dashboard, click on ‘Make Payment
- Application Fee: Make payment of a Non-refundable fee of N15,000 (fifteen Thousand Naira) only.
- After a successful payment, your status on the portal will be updated and you will be able to complete the admission form and press the ‘submit button.
- After the submission of the form, a photocard will automatically come up which you should print out in colour and keep for the examination.
- Only applicants with valid examination photocard (Colour Print) will be allowed into the CBT Examination Center
LASCON Screening Examination Date
Computer Assisted Screening date is Saturday 31st August 2024 by 8:00am.
Venue is LASCON Premises (inside Alimosho General Hospital,Igando).
The Examination is Computer-Based Testing and questions will cover English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, General knowledge and Current Affair
