UDUSOK Medicine Admission Requirements And Cut Off Mark 2020/2021
Usman Danfodio University, UDSU cut off mark and admission requirements for Medicine and Surgery 2020/2021 academic session has being released by the management.
It is worthy to note that UDUSOK Medical programme (MBBS) is fully accredited by both the National Universities Commission (NUC) and Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
In November, 2005 the National Universities Commission (NUC) reaccredited the Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme of the College and rated the medical school higher than several of the older University medical faculties in the country. Since then, tremendous progress has been made in the overall improvement of the College, covering all areas hitherto regarded deficient.
UDUS is one of the Federal Universities that offers quality education to her Medical students and for this reason, many candidates aspires to study in the school.
UDUSOK Medicine and Surgery JAMB Cut off Mark
UDUS doesn’t conduct Post-UTME screening for candidates but they base their admission requirements based on the JAMB minimum score and the O’level result for UTME candidates.
The merit cut off mark for medicine and surgery is 290 while ELDS and Catchment area 270 and 230 respectively. It then means that any candidate that made this score will automatically be offered admission.

UDUS Medicine Admission Requirements
O’level: Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
JAMB subject combination: Use of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Note that UDU accept Mathematics in lieu of Physics.
Direct Entry
- ‘A’ Level passes in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Zoology in addition to the UTME requirements. The school accepts ‘A’ Level pass in Mathematics in lieu of Physics.
- BSC, BOS, etc in relevant programme
