Cut off Mark

Federal University of Technology Babura For All Courses 2023/2024 Screening

The management of the Federal University of Technology Babura, Jigawa State has released the cut-off mark for all the courses offered in the school for the 2023/2024 academic session. The minimum score for admission has been pegged at 150.

Also, anyone seeking admission into the school must satisfy the following admission requirements below:

  • Candidates MUST have passed at least 5 relevant subjects, at credit level, in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent in up to two (2) sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Candidates for Direct Entry (DE) admission MUST possess a minimum of Lower credit in the National Diploma and 6 points in the IJMB Exam.
  • UTME Candidates who wish to study at FUTB but did not choose the University as their first choice Institution and had scored a minimum of 150 or above in the 2023 UTME should change to the FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, BABURA via the JAMB website (http://www.jamb.org.ng). They should choose any of the programmes

  • B.Sc Cyber security – 150
  • B.Sc Software Engineering – 150
  • B.Sc Computer Science – 155
  • B.Sc Chemistry – 150
  • B.Sc Industrial Chemistry – 150
  • B.Sc Mathematics – 150
  • B.Sc Physics – 150
  • B.Sc Applied Geophysics – 150
  • B.Sc Biotechnology – 150

The above cut-off mark implies that any candidate who fails to meet up with it won’t be eligible for the screening that the school would conduct.
