Adamawa State College of Nursing Announces Admission Form 2024/2025
This is to announce the sale of admission forms into the Adamawa State College of Nursing for the Basic and Community Nursing programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Admission Requirements
Interested candidates must have five (5) credits in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB to include; English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at not more than two (2) sittings for return into the Basic Nursing Programme.
For the Community Nursing Programme, the candidate must have a minimum of four (4) credits to include; English Language, Biology, and any other two from the above subjects. Community Nursing Programmes are for indigenes only, non-indigenes need not apply.
Where an applicant is presenting two O’Levels as a requirement, it should be; All or both NECO and WAEC OR All sitting should be NABTEB
How to Apply
Payment for the Application form is Ten Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifteen Naira (N10,7015.00) only via REMITA with your ATM card or generate RRR and go to any Bank.

The following documents are to be uploaded while filling the form; Birth Certificate, Indegene Letter, Primary School Certificate , School Testimonial, O’Level Result, and Four (4) passport size photographs
Print three (3) copies of the form and submit them to the College together with your e-receipt on or before Friday, 6th September 2024, while the Entrance exam is Monday, 16th September 2024.
