Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, also known as Federal Medical Center (FMC) Azare Bauchi State admission form for 2023/2024 is out. The management of the school has announced to the public and interested candidates that the sales of forms would commence on 3rd April 2023 and ends on 4th July 2023.

- Five (5) credits at SSCE/WAEC/NECO O/Level in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry at not more than two sittings.
How to Apply for Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences Nursing Programme Admission
Interested candidates should come to the Administrative Block in the College at Bamako for the purchase of the form at the cost of a non-refundable fee of N5,700 (Five Thousand Seven hundred Naira only).
Please note that the sales of admission forms will begin from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm daily.
