All candidates that will be participating in the JAMB mock examination are informed that the exam will now be conducted on 7th March 2024.
The result of JAMB mock is expected to be out a day after the exam has been conducted. Therefore, I will be explaining to my readers on this page how to check the result.
Update: JAMB mock result 2024 is now out. So, if you are among those who have written the exam, you can now access your result.
How to Check JAMB Mock Examination Result
The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board has released the mock result (kindly note that the mock result is always released 24hrs to 48hrs after the whole exercise has been concluded). So all candidates that participated in the exam can now check their result.
To check your result using USSD, create an SMS with two words “MOCKRESULT” and send it to 55019 or 66019. Please ensure you use the phone line used for JAMB registration. You are required to have a least N50 airtime credit balance. Kindly note that using the USSD is the only method for now to check your result. The portal below is yet to be opened.
- Log on to https://slipsprinting.jamb.gov.ng/checkutmemockresults
- Enter your Registration Number/e-Mail
- Click on check mock results
After clicking on the above link and you see “you did not seat for this exam” What it means is that the 2023 portal for mock result checker is not yet activated. So, don’t panic.
Please take note of the following about JAMB Mock
- A Mock exam is an examination taken as practice before an official examination
- JAMB mock examination was conducted to give you an idea on what the JAMB CBT feels like.
- The mock exam is not a requirement to write the main exam. So that you did not participate in the mock exam does not mean you are not qualified to write the main exam.
- The result of the mock exam will NOT reflect in your main examination or said differently, doesn’t count as part of your main JAMB result.
- You will still write the main JAMB exam like every other registered candidate even if you don’t participate in this mock exam.
- The questions that will appear during the Mock exam are not necessarily the questions that will appear during the main exam. The questions are just to prepare your mind on likely areas you may focus on.
