College of Nursing Science St Mary’s Joint Hospital Form 2023/2024
College of Nursing Science, St Mary’s Joint Hospital, Amiagbo form is out, and applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into basic nursing and midwifery programmes for the 2022/2023 academic session.
Admission forms are now on sale for these prospective candidates:
- Nursing applicants
- And Basic Midwifery applicants
Interested candidates are to obtain their application forms in the college at the cost of N18,000.00.
Payments are made in the bank with the following details on or before 28th January 2023.
- Date of exam: 3rd – 4th February (Saturday) 2023 (By CBT) Computer-Based Test
- Late entry attracts a penalty fee of N2,000
After payment, please submit the teller to the college for final registration. A valid Registration number will be issued, and other relevant information will be passed.
Candidates must possess at least five credits in not more than two sittings in WAEC NECO or GCE.
- Subjects must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Awaiting results is not accepted.
