Edo State College Of Nursing Sciences Form 2026

Edo State College of Nursing Sciences form for 2026/2027 is out and applications are hereby invited from qualified candidates for admission into the Basic Nursing Programme at the school.

The application is open for the following programme: National Diploma (ND) Nursing (2years study program), Higher National Diploma (HND) Public Health Nursing (18 months study program), Post-Basic Nursing (18-month study program), and Post-Basic Midwifery (18 months study program).

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ​WAEC/NECO (O’LEVEL) OR NABTEB With at Least 5 credits in Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in Not More than 2 Sittings.
• ​All Applicants except JCHEW conversion must have sat for 2026 JAMB
• ​Candidates with awaiting results can apply but must have the results before clearance.
• ​JCHEW Conversion Applicants must possess a 2-year practicing JCHEW License along with the certificate.

• ​Make a Non-refundable payment of ₦20,500 into the college bank account and print out the evidence of payment.

• ​On Completing the form, Submit and Print a copy of your acknowledgement slip.
