JUTH School Of Health Information Management Form 2023/2024

The Management of Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) is notifying the general public and interested candidates that the sale of admission forms for the 2023/2024 academic session into a two-year National Diploma Programme in Health Information Management at the School of Health Information Management, Jos University Teaching Hospital, is ongoing.

JUTH Health Information Management Requirements

  • Applicant must be a holder of WASC, SSCE, GCE and NECO certificates and must possess five (5) credits including English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Sciences, Chemistry and Physics.
  • Certificate in Health Records Administration and Biostatistics with evidence of completion of one (1) year of relevant experience in a reputable institution/organization will be considered.
  • Applicants with a Certificate in Health Information Technology from a recognized School of Health Technology can also be considered.

How to Apply JUTH School of Health Information Management

  • Application forms are obtainable from the office of the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee, Jos University Teaching Hospital Permanent Site at a non-refundable fee of seven thousand (₦7,000.00) naira only payable at the Accounts Department of the Hospital through Remita in any Commercial Bank.
  • Completed forms are to be submitted to the office of the Course Coordinator at JUTH Temporary Site on or before 30th May 2023.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be sitting for a written and oral interview on 7th July 2023 by 8:00 AM prompt. The form is now on sale till 5th June 2023 at the office of the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee.
