Lagos State College of Health Technology, Yaba hereby invites applications from qualified candidates for admission into the following schools for the 2024/2025 academic session:
School of Environmental Health
(a) National Diploma (Environmental Health Technology)
Requirements: 5 credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, at GCE/SSCE/NECO and one relevant subject from Geography, Food & Nutrition, Technical Drawing, Economics, Accounts, Commerce, Physics and pass in Yoruba Language
(b) Environmental Health Technician (ENT)
Requirements: Credit in Biology, Chemistry, English, Mathematics, and one pass in any of the following subjects: Physics, Commerce, Economics, Geography, Accounts, Food and Nutrition, and pass in Yoruba Language, Technical drawing at GCE/SSCE/NECO
(c) Higher National Diploma In Environmental Health Technology
School of Pharmacy Technician
(a) Certificate in Pharmacy Technician
School of Health Information Management
(a) Professional Diploma In Health Information Management

(a) Diploma in Community Health Award of CHEW Certificate Licensed by National Community Health Practitioners Board of Nigeria (NCHPB)

School of Complementary Health Sciences
(a) Diploma: Professional Certificate and Licensing by the Nigeria Council of Physicians of Natural Medicine
(b) Higher Diploma – Options: Chiropratic, Osteopathic, Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Homeopathy
School of Medical Laboratory
(a) Technician Certificate in Medical Laboratory – Licensed by the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria
(b) Medical Laboratory Technician (Conversion)
(c) Technician Certificate in Phlebotomy
General Requirements
5 credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics at GCE/SSCE/NECO and at least a pass in Yoruba Language
How to apply
The Online Application form and processing fee is only twenty thousand naira (₦20,000). The cost for verifying each O’Level result is Seven Thousand Five Hundred Naira only (₦7,500). If an applicant needs to use two O’Level results, the candidate will be required to pay Fifteen Thousand Naira (₦15,000) for result verification.
