Solomon Olamilekan Adeola CON (YAYI) is set to provide educational support funds for deserving indigent students of Ogun West Senatorial District to pursue their educational programmes. To encourage the use of education as a tool for development. This scheme aims to provide scholarships to the indigent and brilliant students in Ogun State.
Solomon Olamilekan, also known by the alias Yayi (born 10 August 1969), is a Nigerian politician serving as the Senator from Lagos West. From 2011 to 2015, he was the Chairman of House of Representatives Committee on Public Accounts. He is also a chartered accountant and a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
YAYI Scholarship Eligibility:
- Applicant must be an indigene or resident of Ogun West
- Applicant must be a student in any public Nigerian higher institutions
