Heirs Insurance Essay Competition For JSS Students 2026/2027

The Heirs Insurance Essay Championship is an annual essay competition open to school students between JSS1 – JSS3 across Nigeria, with the aim of showcasing the creativity and talent of children.

The application is currently open and it is expected to closes July 8, 2026. Kindly note that early submission is advised.

To participate, read the information below:

• Word count: Not more than 500 words.
• Essays should be typed and not handwritten.
• Students must write their name, school, and class on the essay document.
• Document Format: Word document only.
• Students must save their essay document with their full name.

The winner and the first two runner up will win:

• Winner: N5,000,000 Scholarship.
• 1st Runner Up: N3,000,000 Scholarship.
• 2nd Runner Up: N1,000,000 Scholarship.
• Winner’s School: N1,000,000 Grant.

NOTE:

• The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to generate, rewrite, expand, or substantially assist any part of an entry is strictly prohibited.
• Participants must upload their passport photograph and any form of ID when submitting their application form.
