Yobe State University Cut Off Mark 2022/2023

The management of Yobe State University (YSU) has released the minimum cut-off mark for the 2022/2023 academic session. This is one of the eligibility criteria to participate in the YSU Post UTME screening for all courses offered in the school.The Institutional and departmental JAMB CUT-OFF marks for this session are given below.

The noble idea of establishing a state university in Damaturu was recommended to the state government by the committee on a blueprint for the educational development of Yobe state, its sub-committee on higher education submitted the report stating the desirability for a university in Yobe. Yobe State University is located in Damaturu, Yobe State, Nigeria. It was established in 2006 by Alh. Bukar Abba Ibrahim, the Executive Governor of Yobe State.

The university is committed to teaching, learning, research, and knowledge promotion with academic freedom, creativity, innovation, integrity, professionalism, and respect for unity in diversity. Yobe State University offers courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. 

YSU Cut Off Mark

The management of the Yobe State University (YSU), Damaturu,  has approved 140 as the minimum cut-off points for YSU degree programmes.
