School of Nursing FUNAI Teaching Hospital Form 2024/2025

School of Nursing Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital Abakaliki (SONAEFUTHA) Admission Form for the 2024/2025 academic session is out. This is to inform the general public that the admission form into the BASIC and POST BASIC School of Nursing of the school is on sale.

The application deadline is 15th July 2024 for basic nursing and 18th April 2024 for post-basic nursing.

Eligibility

• Interested candidates must be at least 16 years old by July 2024
• He/She must possess five (5) credits in O’level results which includes English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology in not more than two (2) sitting in WAEC/GCE/NECO/NABTEB. Please note that NABTEB can only be combined with NABTEB.
• Candidate must present a colored print out of the examination photo card and an evidence of remita payment (e-receipt) at the venue of the examination.

How To Apply

• Visit https://son.aefutha.edu.ng and click on the admission link to create an account with your Full name, Email, Phone no, Username and Password. However, you will be unable to login until your account is activated
• Visit: https://login.remita.net/remita/onepage/540071077/service.spa to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number using the GIFMIS CODE: 1000030435 or simply click on the link below to make payments

• Kindly proceed to any commercial bank with the Remita generated number to pay #15,200 or pay on the Remita platform using a debit card. Please obtain an e-receipt or teller from the bank or Remita platform, as this will be uploaded during registration
• After payment, send an Account Creation Request (Desired username, desired password, and Remita Receipt) to the Whatsapp numbers 07036088036 or 08169634390 to have an account created on the admission portal.
• Proceed to the admission portal menu button to log in, complete registration, and print out a colored copy of an examination photo card, which will be presented at the Examination Venue.

BASIC NURSING:

• EXAM DATE: 20th July, 2024
• EXAM VENUE: ICT CENTER, EBSU PERM SITE, ABAKALIKI
• EXAM TIME: 8:00 am

POST BASIC NURSING:

• EXAM DATE: 4th April 2022
• EXAM VENUE: SONAEFUTHA 1 premises
• EXAM TIME: 8:00 am

• Midwifery Notification and license are required upon application.
