Engineering Courses You Can Study In Nigerian Universities

All the universities in Nigeria offer engineering courses and they are some of the highly sought-after and competitive courses in Nigeria. An engineer is licensed to practice engineering. Engineering is the creative application of scientific principles to design or develop structures, machines, apparatus, or manufacturing processes, or works utilizing them singly or in combination; or to construct or operate the same with full cognizance of their design. And to be licensed in Nigeria you have to be fully registered with COREN.

Why you should study Engineering at the University

  • Engineering will help you grow and develop your ways of thinking. Becoming an engineer will force you to work on many transferable skills including problem-solving and critical reasoning
  • It has a high employability rate
  • Engineering allows for creativity and innovation
  • It helps to devise technologies that enrich life and make it better and more comfortable for everyone
