Igbinedion University Teaching Hospital Nursing Form 2022/2023
Igbinedion University Teaching Hospital (IUTH), Okada school of nursing form for 2022/2023 session is out and the admission is into its three-year intensive training leading to the award of RN Certificates By the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria for the 2022/2023 academic session.
To be eligible, applicants must possess a minimum of 5 credit passes in NECO or WAEC which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry in not more than Two (2) sittings.

How to Apply
Admission Forms can be purchased at Igbinedion University Liaison office @ 69 Airport road Opposite ITE Glass House, Benin city with a non-refundable fee of N10, 500 Bank draft made payable to Igbinidion University Teaching hospital.
The entrance examination takes place on Saturday 27th August 2022.
Time: 10 am prompt
Venue: lgbinedion Education Centre at Muritala Mohamed Way, Benin City, Edo State, Nígeria.
