Taraba State College of Nursing Sciences Form 2026/2027

The management of Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery has announced the commencement of the UTME online screening exercise for admission into the National Diploma (ND) in Nursing programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

To apply, you must meet the following criteria

• Candidates must be between 16 and 35 years of age at the time of application.
• ​Applicants must possess at least 5 credits in their O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) obtained in not more than two sittings. The required subjects include Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
• NABTEB results can only be combined with another NABTEB result.
• ​Candidates must have scored 160 and above in the 2026 UTME.
• ​The College must have been chosen as the candidate’s first choice in the 2026 UTME.

To apply, kindly follow the steps below:

• Visit the College website via www.tscnmjalingo.edu.ng
• Create an account on the college portal
• Use your username and password to log in
• Make payment for the application form via ATM CARD
• Fill the form carefully and submit

PRINT YOUR PAYMENT SLIP (evidence of payment), application form, and acknowledgment letter. The applicants should come along with printed documents

Kindly note that the Physical Verification Exercise will come up on Tuesday 18th August to Friday 21st August, 2026 at 8:00 AM daily. And the venue is the College premises.

Requirements: Candidates must come along with the printed application documents, National Identity Card or Slip, O’Level Result Checking card or PIN, and the originals and photocopies of all relevant credentials.
