Midwestern Oil and Gas JV Secondary school And University Scholarship 2022/2023

Midwestern Oil and Gas Company Limited, operator of the Umusadege Field in OML 56, Delta State on behalf of itself and its JV partner SunTrust Oil is offering a number of Scholarship Awards to suitably qualified Nigerian students for its 2022/2023 Scholarship Scheme. The Scholarship Scheme is aimed at promoting academic excellence and improving the skill-base among youths of our host communities and Delta State in general.

The deadline for the submission of application form is 15th August 2022.

SECONDARY SCHOOL MERIT AND COMMUNITY AWARD – For Host Communities Only

1. Open to JSS I & JSS 2 Students only
2. Admission letter to Secondary School in Nigeria
3. Result in the last 2 years in Primary School.
4. Birth Certificate
5. Identification letter signed by Ward Counsellor or CACC ( Community Accredited Contact-men Committee)

UNIVERSITY MERIT AND COMMUNITY AWARD – FOR HOST COMMUNITIES ONLY

1. Scholarship is open to 100 & 200 level students at the time of application
2. JAMB/UTME & University admission letter from an accredited/approved university in Nigeria.
3. Minimum of 5 Credits in SSCE or GCE including Maths & English in one sitting
4. Current University ID Card
5. Birth Certificate
6. Identification letter signed by Ward Counsellor or CACC ( Community Accredited Contact-men Committee)
7. Valid email address

9. Current Passport photograph

University Merit Award – For Delta State Indigenes Only

1. Scholarship is open to 200 level students who must have 3.5 and above Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in his/her first year in the University
2. Minimum of 5 Credits in SSCE or GCE including Mathematics & English in one sitting
3. JAMB/UTME & University admission letter from an accredited/approved university in Nigeria
4. University Admission letter from an accredited/approved university in Nigeria
5. Current University ID Card
6. Birth Certificate
7. Identification letter from LGA
8. Valid email address
